What are your delivery rates and options?

United Kingdom

Delivery Services

All deliveries within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery services. Recorded Delivery is only tracked after a signature is received. Maximum insurance is £39.00 or the current value of 100 x 1st class stamps. Special Delivery is tracked from pick up to delivery and standard insurance is £500.

Rates
Rates vary from £1.75 to £8.50 depending on value, weight and quantity. All delivery rates of £5.50 and above are delivered using the Special Delivery service.

Speed
Special Delivery will be delivered by 1pm on the next day after postage. Recorded Delivery can take between 1 and 5 working days. Timings are dependent on the efficiency of the Royal Mail.

Free Delivery
All orders over £350.00 are delivered free of charge with appropriate insurance.

Rest of the World

Delivery Services
All deliveries outside of the UK are sent via Royal Mail services. You have the choice of Insured or Non Insured delivery. Tracking is available where your postal authority supports this facility. Certain destinations will only offer tracking within the UK, however, most destinations are fully tracked. Insured and tracked service is usually Royal Mail Airsure. Non Insured and non tracked delivery is usually Royal Mail Airmail Small Packets.

Insured and Tracked Rates
Rates vary from £6.50 to £18.50 depending on value, weight and quantity. All items are despatched with appropraite insurance.

Non Insured Rates without Tracking
Rates vary from £1.95 to £7.95 depending on weight and quantity. There is no insurance and no tracking for this service – please keep this in mind when choosing this service.

Speed
International delivery times are between 5 and 10 working days although most items are delivered within 5 working days.

Free Delivery
All orders over £350.00 are delivered free of charge with appropriate insurance.


How quickly do you despatch items?

Speed
Most items are despatched within TEN (10) working days. Occasionally, components may be out of stock and on back order. This may delay your order. Customer services will advise you if there will be a delay.

Out of Stock Items
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock you have a choice for the item to come back into stock and be despatched with the rest of your order. Alternatively, you may wish for the rest of your items to be despatched and you will not be charged for the out of stock item – or a refund for the out of stock item will be offered with an appropriate delivery rate adjustment. From time to time, we may experience a shortage of key components.


Payment

We accept payment from PayPal accounts and Credit / Debit cards supported by PayPal. We take online security very seriously. For security reasons, we strongly recommend that you do not send credit card numbers by standard email but use the secure shopping facility provided on this website. 501st Creations currently do not have the ability to manually process payments from Credit / Debit cards.

No credit or debit card details are stored once your order has been placed. We guarantee to comply with the standards, procedures and requirements laid down in the UK Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998 to ensure that your personal information is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully.

Special Order Requests
501st Creations are happy to accept special order requests for UK or International Garrisons, clubs or organisations. Discounts are always available for bulk orders and a custom order can be created. Please email for more information.


Returns Policy

501st Creations will always endeavour to fulfil your order to your complete satisfaction and we pride ourselves on our excellent customer care and after sales policy. If you have any queries relating to your order or the service that you have received, please contact our customer services staff who will be only too happy to help you.

It is our intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full or partial refund to the original PayPal / Debit card / Credit card account for any merchandise that is unused, undamaged and returned within 7 days of the date of purchase. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in saleable condition. A refund adjustment may be made for items where components are missing, have been fitted, used or modified in any way. This is at the discretion of 501st Creations.

501st Creations products are not offered on a trial basis. Please purchase wisely. All returns must arrive in the original packaging and all postage and packing charges for the return of goods are to be paid by the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights. To return any items, please first contact Customer Services at

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.

What happens if my item(s) don't arrive?

If your order has not arrived after nine (9) working days, please send an email to and we will investigate. If you did not choose insured and tracked delivery then this will be beyond our control to track or refund undelivered items. Please read the delivery rates and options section for more information.
